So about me...

My name is Alice (nice to meet you) and I am 24 years old. I have been a nanny for the last six years and it has been the best job, I ever had. I love working with kids and watching these two girls grow up.I can't wait for the day I have my own.  I finally (yes finally) figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life. So I am going to school for Phlebotomy. For those who don't know what that is, it the person who draws your blood. It sound gross but I love it.

I love Jesus with all my heart. I am not perfect by no means. I enjoy cooking and baking. Hanging out with friends and family. I love roadtrips. I enjoying watching any or going to football and hockey games.

Hello...

Ok well, I haven't written in this blog for like 10 years. For real. It not like anything new or exciting things have happen since the last time I wrote but whateves, I gonna start writing again and maybe something cool will happen.

    So let’s just fast forward to June of 2011 (good place to start), I had a big breakup (no boy, haha) with a friend (no worries, we are good again) and I had to focus on something. I was sick of having no real focus in life and no good job. So I somehow found Phlebotomy and found a "school". I went there and try my best. I got an A in the class and got a Phlebotomy certificate. Well let’s just say it wasn't what I thought it was and it would get me nowhere. I freak the fuck out! It wasn't a good couple of week.
     My Dad works with someone who wife is a nurse at Hillcrest Hospital. She talked to the manager of the Phlebotomy department and worked out that He would give me job after I complete the program over at Lakeland Community College. Awesome but I live over an hour away from both, the hospital and college.  Panic mode! On top of that, the last day to registrar for classes was that day. Double panic mode! God knows what he doing that is for sure. Long story short, I got into the school and into the phlebotomy program. Such a God thing!!
     Also let’s make another story short, I moved to Euclid, Oh. Everything happen in two weeks! It was crazy, I wasn't the nicest person, I cried a lot, I slammed a lot of doors but in the end it all worked out. (sorry to everyone but mostly my mom)
    So I have been living in my new apartment for about two weeks and it great but not. I know, it just doesn't feel like home yet. Everything happen so fast, it a lot to work threw but I am getting there.

So that my story, I go to school, work sometimes and trying to save money well making sure there is food to eat. It different but a good life.

Well, hopefully I will write here at least once a week, you know in between papers. Ha!

(i am a little late) You turn 5 on Feb 4 and I am so happy for you! You are such an amazing little girl, I am so happy I get to watch you grow up. I am one lucky nanny. I watch you crawl and now you are running circles around everyone. You are the sweetest girl in the world. I love you Mya, my little cupcake

Today in your day!! You are one crazy kid but you make everyone around you laugh. You are starting those terrible twos so we are all in for a ride especially your parents. You are super cute kid and I love you. I am glad I get to watch you grow up!!

Prone to Wander

I never had a strong faith, I still don't. Believe it or not, I still question if God if real or not. I am always 23 years old, shouldn't I have this figured out by now. I mean, I see his miracles in other people lives. I see him taking care of other people but I really feel like God forgot about me. Yes, I pray for certain things and I know he doesn't have to answer those things right away. But when I pray for those things for almost 3 years now and he doesn't give me anything, I feel forgotten.

I just want him to give me a reason for living. I just want him to show me my calling. I know there has, there has to be a purpose for my life. I feel worthless all the freaking time. I feel alone. I feel like there is no one behind me to catch if I fall.

I heard all my life, that God gives us our hearts desire but in his own timing. That can't be the answer for everything. It just can't be. I mean, if just seem like God likes seeing my hurting.

I just want a purpose.

Playing Catch Up

OK, so remember my post about 101 things in 1001 days. Yeah well, I have check off some but never blog about them. So here we go:

100. See Toy Story 3

I didn't get to see in the theaters, I had to wait until DVD. But I love it, Toy Story is just a great storyline and I would love to see more.

97. Get a new Car

Yes, I did. An 06 Chrysler Pacifica. When I brought it, it only had 6500 miles on it. Amazing right. I should have a picture of it but I don't. I really happy with my new car.

92. Spend all of my gift cards (seven) from this year (2010) before the year (2010) is over.

Well, I did and I got some really great deals. I mostly used them on black Friday. :)

91. See Vanessa new baby

Little Connor was born on Dec. 2nd 2010. Now is almost 2 months old and cute as can be. He gives his parents a hard time but they love him just the same. Big sister Abby is doing great at her new role.

66. Go to the Cleveland Zoo

(this is only half the goal but I finish the other half later) Vanessa and Kel and their kids and I went to this zoo, this passed week. It was cold but alot of things were indoors so it was amazing. We all had a blast.

62. Buy a second queen sheet set.

I did this also on Black Friday, there are aqua and fit in perfect with my bed. I love them, they are super soft.

50. In Nov. 2010, when my cell phone plan is up, get a GOOD phone.

Well I did, I got a blackberry bold. I love it. I never though I would have a smart phone but it amazing. I believe I did good.

Well, that it for now, hopefully I will do better this year. lol and I hope to have more pictures.

Thankfulgiving

So have blog in like 2 years, give or take a few. Oh well, I will start new...today.

Thanksgiving is not of one my favorite holidays but I do have things to be thankful like....

My family- I truly have the best mom, dad, sister and brother. I am very thankful that I get to call them my family.

My friends-the family that I choose. I am very thankful that I can call them friends and do silly things with them.

My job-I am very lucky that I have had this job for 5 years and I still am loving it.

Decisions that were made for me before I was born. If I wasn't adopted I wouldn't have the life I have.

My God-he loves me even when I don't deserved to be loved.

Small miracles that remind me everyday that life is worth it.

Many things but that all I can think of for now.

Please Lord

I know that people who read blog (which no one reads mine) want blogs to be happy. Well I cannot even fake it anymore. I am not happy, I do not like my life. I don't see a point of getting out of bed anymore. In fact, if there is nothing going on, I don't usually get out of bed. I swear I don't see the point in my life anymore.

I know what people say, you are depressed which I am but it just a lot of things. I need a change. I need to feel God again. I need to know that my life is gonna turn out amazing. I feel like I have been doing the same damn thing for the past 22 years of my life. I need something, something big to change.

My whole life I have just wanted to be a mom and a wife. I pray all the time that it will happen. I pray all the time if it not supposed to happen, that God will take those desires away but he doesn't, they just get stronger. Well, why the hell hasn't it happen? I know I am only 22 but that all I want. All the others things don't even compare to how much I want to be a Mom and Wife. I can't even explain it.

Please Lord, hear me. Make something change so I see the point of living.

Yes, it a co ed gym, which isn't my favorite but it has a women's only part.

I crossed off number 56 today. Yes, I did it a little different but it done. (It only took me two weeks to cross one thing off my list, I need to do better)

Number 56, was to buy a blender and make tons of smoothies.

Well...a friend gave me her blender that she didn't want or need, at least I got one and it saved me money.

I already made one smoothies, just strawberry but it was soo good. (no picture)But I will make more and then take more pictures.

101 in 1001

I got this idea from some friends and I though it was a cool idea. I love making lists, lol. The deal is I have to come up with 101 things that I will 1001 days to complete. Some may cost money, some are personal things and some are just for fun. Some I might need for time but at least I am getting them started. I started this list on June 19, 2010 and I have till March 17, 2013 to finish. I hope I can, I am gonna give it my best shot. I encourage you to do it too. So I know no one read this so I quit writing. But I am back. I have a cool idea and I hope you follow and maybe do it for yourself.

Here the thing, I don't believe in bff (best friends forever) anymore. The reason be is because we don't know how we are gonna to change as a person.

When we are 1o years old or even younger, we don't know what kind of person we are gonna become.

Yes, I know some people are still friends with their high school, middle school friends. Good for them, it a blessing that it work out.

But seriously, people change and grow up, people don't stay the same.

I guess for me, it sucks that I had to learn the hard way.

13 Days away

In 13 days, it will be Valentine's Day.
well, well, well, well....
Vday can kiss my ass.

I usually the person who say that Valentine's day is not just about couples, it about all the people that we love and people that love us. Well, I am sick of being single and I am sick of seeing couples. I am just sick of it.

I mean, come on, in all my 22 years (ok, 21 but I will be 22 on the 17th so close enough), I have never had a valentine. Usually guys break up with me right before Valentine's Day then get back when with me when it over.
