2008...it happened

Honestly this has been the worst year ever.
Not so much in the beginning but the end suck. major.

Here are lots of low lights and some highs. all mix together.

-lost one of my best friends to her own stupidness ( if that even a word)
-found out i was going to be an aunt
-only got one letter from my birth mom after she said she write every month
-more friends move far away
-didn't really make any new friends
-didn't grow closer to my family

that just a few, i don't want to name them all.
i have hope for 2009 but really who doesn't

So far I planned to do the follow:

-workout everyday and loose weight (who doesn't)
-write my birth mom once a month (that will be the hardest)
-read the bible at least once a day
-start going to therapy for adoption and my ex.

Christmas Craft

You need paint (any colors that you want) and clear glass ornaments.

Take off the toppers (i don't know what they are called) and pour the paint in them.

Then either shake it or swirl the paint around.

I really like this one. All Black and Pink and a tad bit of sprinkle.

and this one. My mom kept saying " it looks like a fairy"

It was a fun filled Christmas-ey Day. Have fun!!

Pumpkin Bread

yummy. it taste like fall and winter.yummy.




everything you need (the pumpkin is suppose to be pumpkin, the can kind.)




mix,mix,mix,mix.

Pumpkin Bread


3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly bean
16 ounces canned unsweetened pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour 2 9 by 5 loaf pans. Stir together sugar and oil. Stir in eggs and pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Blend dry ingredients and water into wet mixture, alternating. Divide batter between two loaf pans. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool.

Night School Musical

It more like if you hate High School Musical then you will love this. Because I do.

Right now, I am with one of my favorite people in the entire world. She in the other room right laughing at SNL. And I love her laugh. It one the best sounds. I just love her. Spending time with her is amazing even when it really short visits.




I wish I just put her in my pocket and take her everywhere. or maybe just recorded her laugh because I love it sooo much.

Never

I can never understand why people do this to people
Why they say, "I forgive you and I will forget it" but never do
I know that forgetting is hard and takes time but make the person feel awful just because

People make mixstakes and hopefully they learn from them and grow
Everyone has issues. Everyone has to grow up and change themselves for the better.

So let them. damn it. Let them.

Just love people the way are and love them when they change and love them when they mess up. but mostly love them when they are trying to learn and still mess up.

Just love them.

We are Bored!

"Alice, we are bored, there nothing to do. waaaaaaa"

That is what I heard all day long. The Park wasn't good enough, a movie wasn't good enough, playing wasn't enough but making huge messes all over the house was good enough.

What a girl to do?

Laugh and take pictures and just have a good time because they have two maids. :)

but seriously, I did most of the cleaning with them because they have to learn. I am a good nanny.

Pumpkins

So I though I did a sweet idea for my pumpkin this year but soon saw that other people did that idea too. :(

oh well.....it still looks cool. plus my is better.

Halloween was fun this year. I hope yours was fun too.

Changing Colors

I love Fall. I love the weather and that I can wear more clothes. I love taking pictures in fall because of all the colors.

I have pumpkin pie three times(i gave one away). Also, pumpkin bread and pumpkin waffles.

this is wasn't the best. still yummy. :)

and man, do i love pumpkins, mostly to take pictures of and eat.

and of course, Halloween.

I'm soo glad that fall is not over. :)

Princess

Mya and I spent the day at the park and I let her do whatever she wanted. So she got pretty dirty, ok, really dirty.

So as soon as we got home I threw her in the tub. When she got out, got dress, I asked he what she wanted done with her hair, she said, "make me have princess hair so curly, really curly.

So I put rollers in her hair and she was adorable.

She only had them in her hair for like 10 mins. so her hair was that curly. but She was happy and that what matters. Plus, she is so adorable.

Dancing

i love to dance.
i do it all the time, alone and with people. all the time.
i really honestly believe that that dancing can solve all problems.
ok, not really.
but for the seconds/minutes that i am dancing,laughing and have a grand time,
nothing else matters, all it forgotten

it a wonderful feeling.

little place

i always look for love in the big places
i don't know why i do it because i know love is really found in little places
like:
the two girls i nanny for, they always bring me joy and love (sometimes a headache, lol)
seeing friends
listening to music from back in the day
and
little purple flowers ( i love them).

i just need to remember to look in the little places and find big joy there.

Fireproof

Fireproof was aaamazing. It probably more for married people but as a unmarried person, I really did enjoy it. I laugh and mostly cried. haha. You all should check it, no matter if you are married or not.

ps. it was weird sitting in a theater with all couples. lol.

Child Like

I want to be a kid...forever.
no strike that,
I want to have a child like spirit...forever.
yeah, that more like it.

I want to hold on to my dreams forever and I want to live long enough to see them all come true. I know that some dreams are way out but I am done listening to my thoughts and other thoughts of them never coming true.
cause' they will.

I am done running way from myself.
I don't care what it takes,
I gonna do something amazing with my life.

So, I used to have a blog at this site and yes, it is still there. but yeah, i forgot the password and i forgot the email that I used for it. So it gone, kinda. So just forget that it even there. It dead, really. So enjoy reading here.
